Sportsfest 2010
Come join us at Sportsfest on Hamilton Blvd. Cedar Beach in Allentown,PA on Saturday July 17th around 11:15am. It is a chance to see Aikido Masters Self-Defense Academy in action! We will be demonstrating several of our martial systems that are taught at the dojo including Aikido, Jujutsu, Samurai sword, and Kobudo. Copies of “Enter into Aikido” will be sold there and a portion of the proceeds of books purchased that day will be donated to non-profit organizations such as Support our troops and the Army Fisher House. We will also be handing out coupons for a free week of classes for those who attend.

I came out to sportsfest to see the demonstration, unfortunately I only made it for the last 10-15 minutes! Lol! But even in those short moments I saw the true beauty of the art, the passion the practioneers displayed and the dedication they inspire, I’m proud to say I can’t wait to become a student myself. Soke-Dai Nemeroff’s dedication to preserving the art as well as teach it to others is very inspiring, he truly has grasped the true mastership of Aikido and what it has to offer those who want to learn. If you haven’t signed up yet or are about to I strongly suggest you delve in and see the reward that awaits you!
